Our Team

Daniel Rich, PE, PSP, CCM, DBIA

Mr. Rich is a Civil Engineer with a focus on Construction as well as a Master’s Degree in Construction Management from the Department of Civil Engineering, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VT). He founded Rich Engineering in 2023 with the Goal of serving contractors, owners, and other engineering firms. Mr. Rich has experiencing working on a variety of construction projects, including residential developments, ship marine container terminals, buildings and facilities, and highway road and bridge projects. Mr. Rich is experienced in construction management and administration, quality assurance contract compliance inspections, CPM scheduling and cost estimating. Also, Mr. Rich has extensive experience in the preparation, analysis and evaluation of contractor claims for delay, loss of productivity, scope changes and differing site conditions.
