Rich Engineering LLC is a civil engineering firm in Blacksburg, Virginia, founded in 2023. We provide roadway engineering, construction management and inspection services, and we work to build long-term relationships with the clients and communities we serve.

Our team is led by licensed professional engineers with experience in VDOT projects, highway construction, bridge rehabilitation, stormwater improvements, and greenway development. We hold ourselves accountable for the work we do.
